Mountain One was originally founded by Greg Strohecker and has been around the Gallatin Valley off and on for a long time. Greg initially hand picked athletes from the surrounding communities to put together a team which he took to both in and out of state tournaments. In 2016 Greg took a backseat role and Jessica Rahn took over as the Director.

Starting in 2017 The clubs goal is to have U18, U17, U16, U15, U14, U13, and U12 teams.  There will be a tryout for U14 and younger teams while the older groups will be selected based on past years, and recruiting. If an older player is interested in playing for Mountain one please contact us as we are currently looking for players to fill our spring roster.

The club aims to put together competitive teams while taking team chemistry into account. Parents are expected to be possitive and supportive of the entire team and their daughter's role on the team. We encourage the development of well rounded athletes through team building, open communication between players and coaches, as well as encouraging the girls to be students first. Mountain One also encourages players to be multi-sport athletes.
*if your daughter plays for Mountain One and has conflicts with        other high school sports please let us know in advance so we can plan in advance.
